How late can I make a reservation? Reservations can be made at any time even the day of your arrival.

What do I do when I get to the lot? Upon arriving to the lot you will hand your receipt to the attendant or driver.

Will the shuttle driver help me load bags? Yes, the shuttle driver will help you with your bags.

Will the shuttle pick us up from the airport/seaport? Yes the shuttle driver will pick you up from the airport/seaport. Your purchase receipt will have the shuttle phone number and procedure for pickup. Simply pick up your luggage, go to the designated area and contact the shuttle.

How is the lot secured? The lot is gated and locked and there is a security guard at night.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 24 hours before your departure date. Upon cancellation you will only be charged for one day plus the processing fee. We apologize that we cannot provide any refund for cancellations within 24 hours of your departure date.

How do I request a cancellation of my reservation? Contact us to cancel your reservation. If it within the guidelines listed above your reservation will be cancelled accordingly. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your request. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.

How long does it take to see a credit on my credit card statement? After we provide you a credit it usually takes up to 7 days, but may take as much as 30 days to show on your statement based on your financial institutions' policies.
