Our Reservation Policy

Air and Cruise Parking wants to make booking your airport and seaport parking as easy as possible while striving to save you money. The following terms outline the process of booking and are designed to ensure your satisfaction.

Methods of Payment

Air and Cruise Parking currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover.

Our Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start date and time of your parking. After that no refund will be given. If you cancel prior to that you will be charged for one day plus the $5 processing fee plus tax.

Substitutions

Very seldom a service a lot was providing may be change without notice. Say from valet to self or covered to uncovered. If a change results in an upgrade to your previous service there will be no extra charge. If a change results in a downgrade to your previous service we will credit you the difference in price it would have cost you.

Air and Cruise Parking, LLC Liability

Air and Cruise Parking, LLC. functions as a third party to connect airport and seaport travelers in search of discounted parking with privately owned parking lot and hotel operators. Air and Cruise Parking is not involved in the actual transaction between the traveler and the parking lot operator "Associate". Air and Cruise Parking requires its Associates to make every effort to honor your reservation. In the event of unforeseen situations, including but not limited to, Acts of God, War, or other conditions such as, severe weather conditions, your reservation could be cancelled. Although we attempt to affiliate with only reputable, licensed and insured companies, Air and Cruise Parking has no control over the quality or safety of any parking facility.

You assume all risks associated with dealing with the Associates as well any other third-party with whom you come in contact with through this web site and agree to hold harmless Air and Cruise Parking, LLC. and it's Associates, Parking lot operators, Hotel owners and managers from any and all liability for any loss or damage of any sort to your vehicle or person incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such Associates or third-parties on this web site. Additionally, you agree to hold harmless Air and Cruise Parking. and it's Associates, parking lot operators & owners, hotel owners and managers from any travel related expenses incurred as a direct or indirect result of the Associates, including but not limited to, missed flights, any costs of rescheduling flights, lodging, meal or transportation expenses due to rescheduling flights, inconvenience, mental anguish, or other direct or indirect expenses.
