"Im very please with the service at Crown Plaza Jax. No hassle, you parked your own car and walk to front of the hotel to catch the shuttle. They are coming every 15 minutes and short ride to the airport. I will pick them again for my next trip out of town."

"This parking location is bith convenient and affordable. The driver could be a little more courteous. I had to wait outside the hotel for over 10 minutes with my dog and bags under the heat 9f the day until he decided to step out of the van and have me haul the bags from the curve in to the van. Other places I have used this service they allow you in the van right away and they help with the bags."

"Hotel is easy to find. Hotel staff were not easy to find. Shuttle drivers were great, except that the driver who dropped us off said the pickup would be in the same place, and they run every 15 minutes. When we returned, we waited 25 minutes, and then we were told we had to call for a pickup. Still a good deal and will use again next month."

"Easy check-in, shuttle does run on a 30 min schedule so you need to plan accordingly. Jax airport has designated the drop-off pickup lace for shuttles on the departure level at the beginning of the area. they are very stern about it even though its only about 100 yrds to the terminal door if you are wheelchair assist you have a problem. the driver attempted to accommodate me and at least leave me out near the porters but the airport security got quite bullish about it. Honestly, by the time it took for the officer to rant and rave at us I would already been in the terminal with my luggage checked. So kudos to the shuttle driver who tried to assist."
