Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Requests:
  • All cancellation requests must be made directly through airandcruiseparking.com, NOT at the parking facility.
• Advance Notice:
  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date and time of the reservation.
  • Requests made after the scheduled service date and time will NOT be honored.
• Cancellation Fees:
  • All reservation cancellations are subject to a $5.99 Cancellation Fee and the cost of 1 day of parking.
• Refund Policy:
  • Unused parking reservations, whether intentional or not, will NOT be refunded.
• How to Cancel:
  • To cancel your reservation, log into your account and click the cancel icon next to the reservation.
• Same-Day Cancellations:
