Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation requests must be made directly through airandcruiseparking.com, NOT at the parking facility.

Advance Notice
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date and time of the reservation.
- Requests made after the scheduled service date and time will NOT be honored.

Cancellation Fees
- All reservation cancellations are subject to a $5.99 Cancellation Fee and the cost of 1 day of parking.

Refund Policy
- Unused parking reservations, whether intentional or not, will NOT be refunded.

How to Cancel
- To cancel your reservation, log into your account and click the cancel icon next to the reservation.
