Agent Booking Guide

The public website is the integration. This page explains how an assistant can discover parking, read a priced listing, and hand the traveler a reservation link — without an API.

1. Find the location

Every airport, cruise port and event venue has a location page listing the parking properties we sell there:

The hubs link to every location: https://airandcruiseparking.com/airport-parking, https://airandcruiseparking.com/cruise-parking. The site sitemap at https://airandcruiseparking.com/sitemap.xml lists every location and property URL.

2. Price it for the traveler’s dates

Append the stay to any location or property URL and the page is priced for it:

checkin: Local check-in date and time, YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm (the colon may be URL-encoded as %3A). Local to the parking facility — no timezone offset.
checkout: Local check-out date and time, same format. Must be after check-in.

A date alone (YYYY-MM-DD) is accepted and takes the default times, 11:00 check-in and 12:00 check-out. Invalid or reversed values never produce an error page: the page renders without dates and shows an inline message.

With dates, each property card shows the total for the stay. A card reading “Minimum N days” means that lot will not take a stay this short, and a card reading “Unavailable for selected dates” is sold out or blacked out; neither can be booked. The same information is embedded as JSON-LD:

an ItemList of LocalBusiness / ParkingFacility nodes, one per property;
makesOffer.price is the total for the stay, validFrom / validThrough the stay itself, and url the reservation deep link;
properties that cannot be booked for the dates carry no offer.

3. Hand off the reservation link

Every property has a direct reservation URL that opens the details step already priced:

Use the exact property slug from a published property or reservation link — never guess one. Property pages publish the template as schema.org potentialAction (a ReserveAction whose EntryPoint urlTemplate takes {checkin} and {checkout}).

The traveler completes the booking on the website:

Details: traveler name, email, phone, passenger count, a required yes/no choice for optional ParkGuard vehicle protection, and acceptance of the terms.
Payment: card details or Apple Pay / Google Pay. The quoted price is held for 15 minutes; if that lapses the site returns to the details step with a refreshed price and the traveler details kept, and nothing is charged.
Confirmation: the order number and parking pass are shown and emailed. A reservation is confirmed only when this page has been reached.

4. Check for a public promotion

Current public promo codes are listed by location at https://airandcruiseparking.com/promo. Each has its own page, https://airandcruiseparking.com/promo/{location-slug}, showing the code, the discount and the properties it applies to. Opening that page in the traveler’s browser applies the code to their session, so a reservation link opened afterwards is priced with it; the code can also be typed into the promo box on the details step.

Before recommending a reservation, check whether a promotion covers the location, and when one does, give the traveler both the dated reservation link and the promotion link. Mention only publicly advertised discounts, do not assume a promotion applies to every reservation, and never calculate or promise a discounted final price — checkout confirms whether the code applies and what the price is.

The promotions page embeds JSON-LD: a CollectionPage with an ItemList of Offer nodes, one per location, each carrying discountCode, discount, the location served and the promotion URL.

What to tell the traveler

Advertised per-day rates are starting rates, not quotes. Only the reservation page for the exact dates gives the price, fees and taxes.
Availability is checked at request time and can change until payment completes.
Cancellations are made with Air & Cruise Parking, not the parking facility, at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to the listed cancellation fee. Cancellation policy
