"I had great interactions with the drivers both getting to and from the airport! Very friendly gentlemen! The lady who was running the gate when I left was a bit snippy and short with me. I had prepaid online and had never done a shuttle before, and instead of asking if maybe I had prepaid, she barked that I had to pay $36 to leave. I showed her my confirmation, confirming I had already paid before she let me go. Other than that, it was a good interaction."

"I had great interactions with the drivers both getting to and from the airport! Very friendly gentlemen! The lady who was running the gate when I left was a bit snippy and short with me. "This is my second experience with ABQ Park & Shuttle. Staff were courteous and helpful. We missed our intended first shuttle so had to wait for the next, but the shuttle was quick both with our departure and arrival. I have no negatives to mention. Great experience!"
