"The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive! I had no issues parking and the shuttle transportation was prompt and courteous. The lot is also secure! They stop and check everybody coming in and out, and that made me feel like I parked in a safe lot. There are a lot of thefts in in the area, and that extra layer of security was much appreciated."

"Lot was pretty full when I arrived. I had to wait in line 10 minutes or so for shuttle driver to direct me to the parking spot. People were a bit anxious in line as we waited without any attention given to us. People were worried about catching their flight. Shuttle driver finally arrived and showed me to a nice parking spot. Lot is close to the airport and the shuttle brought us to the airport without any issues. When we returned from our trip, we used the link to request pick-up. The shuttle arrived promptly and brought us back to our vehicle. Recommend ARB and will use again."
