I didn’t realize how far away from DTW it was so it was, so I was unaware of the longer commute time and wait time for the shuttle to return back and forth for pickup at the hotel or airport on landing. I will use this service again. The shuttle driver was friendly and a safe driver. "

"I had a very good experience and Steve really made me feel safe and comfortable. He made conversation with me and gave good information. I didn't have to wait long once I parked and he helped with my bags. He even called and left a voicemail when he arrived to pick me up at the airport. The only thing I didn't like was when I called the hotel and said I was getting my bag and to let the shuttle know I was ready, they told me to call back once I got to the shuttle pick up area and that's when I had to wait 40 minutes. Other than that I was pretty satisfied, but wanna give an excellence for Steve. "
