"I was extremely pleased with the simplicity of spending the night before my travel at this Best Western. I parked my vehicle in the back lot between to cameras and felt secure that my vehicle would remain safe for the 2 weeks I was away. Definitely will use this parking again if needed."

"Normally I have no problem because I use this service when I fly. This time I was given a card with number to call for shuttle pickup. When I called I was told they (the parking co) wanted me to call 7037985530 which is in Virginia. I did it and I had to leave message. We don't have time for that, shuttle is every half hour. So I called back and this time another person tells me the shuttle driver is leaving in few minutes. This did not affect me, but first time users might not have called back. Was just a little hassle for me."

"Very easy, Parked walked in to desk, gave me a windshield pass and called the shuttle. Quick ride to airport. When I returned, got my luggage. Called hotel and they had shuttle there with if 15 minutes (5:00 pm) Will definitely use them again !!! "

"Until now reserving parking, parking and utilizing the shuttle has not been an issue, upon return Ronni arrived approximately 1:30 PM, contacted the number for the shuttle and was told there was no shuttle available due to the hour. She was forced to use a Taxi. The Taxi driver was so rude she was practically in tears. The documentation for the reservation has conflicting information. In the first sentence it states no shuttle from 1:00 - 4:00 and the third sentence is states there is no shuttle from 2:01 - 3:59, so which is it? SHUTTLE INFORMATION Shuttle service runs from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes within those hours. There is no shuttle service between 2:01 PM - 3:59 PM. "
