"First time I used this service and I have no complaints. Employees were very helpful and polite. The shuttle to and from O’Hare was a breeze as was finding a spot to leave my car."

"Booking was quick and very easy. Arriving at the parking lot was straightforward and well organized. The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle service was always on time. Returning to the lot was just as smooth. I had a small issue when exiting, but the reception immediately provided a code and resolved it without any hassle. Great service overall – I would definitely recommend it and have already booked again."

"Everything worked relatively seamlessly. After I booked the hotel site parking, I was given a QR code, and it got me into the lot. After parking I checked in at the front desk, was given another paper card with QR code on it which we used to leave when we came back and it was without problems. The shuttle to and from the airport was also relatively easy and took under 10 minutes we waited less than 10 minutes on both ends to get on.. I recommend this route instead of parking on the airport property."
