See all 20 reviews →"We had landed late due to delays. Called the courtyard at 11:02 and was told the shuttle does not run after 11:00 p.m. and that we would have to get an Uber. I remembered the clerk when I went to the airport at departure. I told him if someone could get us I see to it they were very well "taken care of," and if he could please send someone. I overheard someone say he would do it and then it was conveyed to me someone is on the way to pick us up. A short while later we were picked up in a brand new shuttle. It was the supervisor who had come to get us and he was the absolute best. I offered to "take care ," of him as promised and even insisted, but he would not accept it. He was so polite and professional that he personally gets my 5 Star plus recommendation and he alone made the difference in this review. I really think that we will stay with Rightway as a result."
