"Arrived at 11 pm off the plane, called and no answer. Started to sweat that I hadn’t read the 24/7 service of the shuttle correctly. No worries they answered on the third call and said the shuttle was on its way. Only complaint is the wait area at Cleveland airport is so windy/ cold as there is no protection from it. "
