Received a call while in Greece on the second day of our vacation telling me a window was down and they wanted to know what they could do. I tried to call twice and was told that the person handling parking wasn't in and to call back. We got home on the night of the 20th and called for the shuttle. The nicest man was there in 10 minutes and was friendly and did a great job of getting us to the car and changed our experience to a much better one. Thank goodness there was no rain damage."
