Getting to the terminal

The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, 23 hours a day. It does not run from 2 AM to 3 AM. Plan to arrive at the hotel at least two hours before you want to be at the airport.

When you arrive

Drive to 7250 Pollock Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Park briefly near the front entrance and go to the front desk with your confirmation. You will get a validation code and scan a QR code to register your plate and vehicle. Unregistered cars may be towed. Then park in any open space not marked reserved or restricted.

Coming back

Once you have your luggage, call the number in your booking confirmation. At Terminal 1, go to Ground Transportation on Level Zero and wait in the courtesy shuttle zone near Doors 7 to 13. At Terminal 3, go to Level Zero: domestic travelers wait outside Door 53, international travelers on the east side. Look for the DoubleTree shuttle and confirm your name.
