"The Doubletree staff was helpful overall. On our return it took over 45 minutes and 2 phone calls to the hotel to get picked up by the airport shuttle. We were told shuttle was every 15 mins. Not happy about waiting outside at the airport for so long. "

"The Double Tree is my favorite place to park! The valets are so nice and the shuttle drivers are all quick and help load all of my bags, which can sometimes be a lot since I travel for work quite often with an entire suitcase full of event materials. The entire process of dropping your car, hopping on the shuttle and getting to the airport is never more than 20-30 minutes."

"Our first time leaving our car for a week for a trip out of MCO. It was easy to locate and easy out to 528 on our return. We would highly recommend this parking facility. The valet was most helpful upon arrival and retuning just trying to figure out the procedure. We felt our car was safe and would definitely use again for a long term parking. The price was fair too. Booking online was easy enough."

"Easy to find hotel and very good experience parking! Will definitely use this location again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The parking ticket machine wasn’t working but the valet was helpful in dealing with that also! Lots of parking spaces available to use. The hotel is also a very nice one! Best to use your company to park instead of hotel parking as it is more expensive!"

"There was a problem getting in touch with the # provided upon arrival back into Orlando! The phone was continuously busy for about 1/2 an hour so I couldn't find info about the shuttle back. I was traveling alone, it was night time & it was cold. I finally ended up calling the front desk and they gave me the info needed. "
