"I've been using this service for about 4 years. The receptionist at the front desk told me in addition to making the online reservation I need to call the hotel and reserve a time and place on the shuttle. On my online reservation I enter a time and she said that wasn't enough. She was very rude. If it continues, I will find another ride. I gave 4 stars for all the past experiences."

The processes are easy to follow...book the parking reservation, reserve your spot(s) on the shuttle, fill out the form at the front desk, and hop on the shuttle. The shuttle service is excellent. The drivers are very kind, prompt and reliable. Don't forget to tip your driver! We cannot be more complementary, and every word is so very well deserved. "

"I have parked several times at the Doubletree by Hilton SLC Airport parking facility and have always had a good experience. The shuttles were efficient as well. (Wish the price was a little lower though)"

"Always a great experience. We especially love talking with the shuttle drivers. Would have given 5 stars but we think it's a pain to have to fill out a form each time. Registration online should include license plate info so the hotel already has it without the need to fill out an additional form. It sometimes take and extra 10 minutes plus to do so depending on how busy the front desk is."
