"I am a big fan of the Doubletree by Hilton SLC Airport parking. I hav always found convenient space es in which to park. They run their shuttle service efficiently, on time. And their free ookies for passengers are supurb. The shuttle is 8 minutes from the terminal. It drops passengers off where there is very little congestion getting through the PSA security check process and into the terminal. Upon return, I have had to wait 15 minutes to pickup. I give them an A+ rating"

"I've been using this service for about 4 years. The receptionist at the front desk told me in addition to making the online reservation I need to call the hotel and reserve a time and place on the shuttle. On my online reservation I enter a time and she said that wasn't enough. She was very rude. If it continues, I will find another ride. I gave 4 stars for all the past experiences."

The processes are easy to follow...book the parking reservation, reserve your spot(s) on the shuttle, fill out the form at the front desk, and hop on the shuttle. The shuttle service is excellent. The drivers are very kind, prompt and reliable. Don't forget to tip your driver! We cannot be more complementary, and every word is so very well deserved. "
