Fine Airport Parking HOU 2- Covered 2nd to 4th Floor

"I had a disappointing experience with the parking service because the barcode sent to me by email did not work upon arrival. To avoid delaying my family's flight, I had to take a parking ticket from the machine at the entrance to gain access. I then visited the customer service desk, where the representative quickly resolved the issue by linking the parking ticket to my reservation, ensuring I would not be charged twice. I truly appreciated her prompt and professional assistance. Unfortunately, when we returned from our trip, the emailed barcode still did not work to exit the parking. Fortunately, the parking ticket worked, although we were required to pay an additional $0.22 before we could exit. The four-star rating is entirely due to the excellent customer service provided by the representative at the parking customer service desk. She was friendly, professional, efficient, and resolved the issue quickly. Without her assistance, my experience would have been much more frustrating."

The price is right. For some reason my car was covered in dust.... I'll use their car wash and detailing next time :-)"

Here - we parked, took the elevator and walked right up to the waiting shuttle. They picked us up, (driver was very friendly and professional) and dropped us off at the entrance. A few steps and we’re inside. When we returned, they were right outside waiting to take us back to our car. 10/10 experience. DON’T FORGET TO TIP! "

I was afraid I would be late for my flight, but all turned out ok. I was able to track down an attendant and show them my paid reservation receipt. So . . . remember to have the QR code to scan at entrance gate. "
