I have used the Richmond Airport lots in the past and wanted to save some money. The convenience of having the hotel shuttle drop me off and pick me up at the airport was perfect! And a big shout out to James who picked me up at the airport at 1 AM in the morning, shuttled me back to the hotel and my car, and brought me some coffee to keep me awake on my trip home. I will definitely be using this service at the 4 Points Sheraton again!!"
