They helped us with our luggage , have a van that takes you right where u need to be for your cruise. On the return, we called that we were back & the van arrived quickly. Again help with luggage, our car was ready for us to drive out after we checked in & paid. The price was fair. All the staff is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their work & helping customers. I felt very confident leaving my car with them & will again when the time comes. "Have used Fox before. Had a Five star experience. This time the check in staff were not as helpful. I expected to be able to get a shuttle to my hotel after check in. I was told there was no shuttle available. This is not what I experienced in march. Fortunately the shuttle driver agreed to take us to the hotel. Not certain if I will use this service on my next trip in March '26."

"I wasn't sure what to expect at Fox parking. When I arrived it looked confusing and I admit I was leery about leaving my car and keys with the attendant. I was wrong . When I returned from my cruise all I did was call the number they gave me and within 30 min a shuttle arrived and picked us up and took us back to the parking place. After I paid my balance the attendant brought my car to me and I was on my way. Easy and safe way to leave by flight or ship. They shuttle both to and from , reasonably priced."
