FT Parking Port Everglades

"Price is right shuttle to port was efficient but returning to our vehicle was not efficient at all waited almost an hour to be picked up first van was not marked another driver told us it was ours but by the time we got to it others had filled it up even though we were there first when we returned to lot there was a van sitting empty!!! No help with luggage very disappointed after using Rightway in Tampa multiple times service was not what we were accustomed to"

"All's well that ends well, but we had a rough time. Parking the cars is very organized but lining up for the shuttle is not and it becomes a HUGE crowd that jostles for position to get on the shuttle. Takes awhile to load luggage. There was a terrible traffic jam and our driver would not try to figure out a different way until traffic cops had to basically tell him he had to. All ship passengers barely made it to their ships in time. After disembarkation, we had to call three times to check on a shuttle ETA only to just be told they're coming each time. Waited over an hour. Price is good but you pay for what you get. "

"We went on a 14 day cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. The parking lot is 20 minutes or less from the port. Was very convenient and the shuttle service was great. Was a little hesitant at first about leaving our vehicle but the Rightway Parking obviously have their act together. I would recommend the service to anyone who wants to have their vehicle in a safe spot and pay reasonable rates for parking. We were picked up at the port within a 1/2 hour of getting off the ship!"

"The Rightway staff was professional and did a great job. However, we nearly missed our cruise because the port traffic was horrendous, caused probably by an accident. What should have been a 15-minute ride took nearly three hours. We also had to wait a substantial time for a shuttle to begin the trip to the port (45 minutes at least). They didn't seem to have enough shuttles to handle the load, but the unexpectedly bad traffic was probably the main issue. The shuttles that were out couldn't get back to pick up more travelers. So, I don't fault Rightway, but next time we'll probably choose something closer."

Coming back we waited outside the ship and they saw my sticker on my shirt. Waited again maybe 5 minutes and we were on our way back. They made it so easy and stress less.
