"The Hotel parking was nice and the service to and from the airport was good, however the code we got from booking thru Rightway DID NOT work. We had to go to Hotel staff to open the bar to get out of the parking spot."

"Parking at the Grand Hyatt was great except info on exiting instructions was lacking. The valet and shuttle driver said to use parking slip you got on way in which was not for prepaid. But they scanned us out with an override pass. Probably should’ve used the QR code in email."
