"The process of securing the space and making a payment were straightforward unfortunately, the QR code and other information shared to access the actual garage on site did not work and I needed to contact the lobby through the help assistance button at the kiosk in order to enter the garage. Once I got onto the property, they were super helpful and I had no issues while it was parked there or when I was leaving"

"We spent the night at this Hilton and the hotel was nice, the parking was in a garage and the shuttle was prompt. I took away one star because people need to know that there is low clearance (6ft), but still some parking for SUV, which saved us. Our low car was frozen in the driveway! We thought the limit was 6 ft, but before digging in the ice, we called. Thank you for the parking."
