Holiday Inn Express Hotel Cruise Parking

"I booked the parking online and paid a small amount in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I paid the remaining parking balance, and the process was quick and easy. However, when I returned from my 10-day cruise, I found that my car had two large scratches. One was on the driver’s side, and the other was on the opposite side of the vehicle, around the door handle area. they have occurred while the vehicle was parked at the hotel."

"Well lit parking lot, in a small community setting, 5 minutes from the cruise port. I was able to get an Uber driver within 6 minutes and with a $5 tip my bill was $32. Inside the Holiday Inn Express the clerk appeared to be the manager and was VERY knowledgeable of the parking program, welcoming and kind because this was my first time using this sort of parking. I had used Sleep, Park and Cruise before, but never just park. This was excellent because I was doing a B2B and my parking at the port would have been $450. Here with Uber both ways and parking fees, it was $168 and it was quicker driving around the port and no lines. Plus no Baltimore city driving. I’ll do this again. It was so easy. "

"The online registration was very easy and user friendly. The daily parking rate was reasonable but my only complaint if I can call it that is there were additional fees added that I wasn'texpecting. They were not very high but I think due to the fact that I didn't recall that information being previously disclosed took me by surprise. However, the overall cost of the parking was much cheaper than other places would have been. The hotel staff were very nice and professional. In fact a very nice and kind staff member went out of her way to walk in the parking lot to get my license plate number because I couldn't remember it and was out of the country and needed to extend my parking for an additional day. She didn't have to do that but did so from the kindness of her heart and that act of kindness was greatly appreciated. My vehicle was safe for the 9 days it was parked at the lot. I will definitely use this parking service in the future."
