"The experience was fine; I found my car safely where I left it, and the parking fees were much more favorable for a long-term stay than they would have been at the airport. The only minus for me was the trip to and from the airport; somehow, I expected it to be shorter, and with the traffic, it could add serious time to the travel schedule. I took a taxi on the way back to pick up my car rather than calling the shuttle and waiting for it to arrive, plus the airport doesn't allow the hotel shuttles to pick up passengers anywhere, which would mean a long walk with multiple suitcases around the airport. That has nothing to do with your services; it's entirely due to the airport rules. Overall, a great experience and a more reasonable solution for long-term parking."
