"The level of service my wife and I experienced with Rightway was nothing short of outstanding. The customer service was friendly, professional, and well organized from the moment we were picked up until we returned from the port. What really impressed me was the attention to customer comfort. On a scorching hot day, our driver had everyone remain on the air-conditioned bus while the staff unloaded all of the luggage before retrieving our vehicle. By the time we stepped off the bus, our car was ready without any unnecessary delay. I will definitely recommend Rightway to family and friends and will gladly use their services again in the future."

"Arrival and actual transport were well done. The only component for improvement would be that CLEAR signage is desperately needed when a person leaves the baggage pick up. As we left the terminal, we were told "shuttles to the left, taxis to the right". There was a "Cruise and Park" Sign but it was at the end and we were not aware of its location until i called the number on the email confirmation. I suggest a) signs at the departure door and b) additional signs with the "Rightway Parking" on it - it was not clear either that "Rightway Parking" falls under "Cruise and Park". thank you "

"ABSOLUTELY LOVED PARKING HERE!! The STAFF was AMAZING!!! My grandma and I were first time cruisers so we had a little worry with the parking but as soon as we arrived at the parking lot the worry was taken away!! VINNY was so WELCOMING!! VINNY has such a good spirit!! He was so KIND, and HELPFUL with our luggage!! Skip to disembarkation day.. our shuttle driver LACI was a so SWEET & a COMEDIAN!! she had us laughing!! Safely drove us back to our cars!! Very THANKFUL for a TEAM like theirs!! They really eliminated all the worry we had and made our trip memorable!! I absolutely will use this parking again and I hope to see VINNY and LACI again!! ❤️ GOD BLESS! "
