"Rhe ease of finding this location was exceptional. My son with his permit drove us from Lake county, almost 2 hours. When we got there he was told to pull up and leave the keys. We were boarded on a motorcoach/ bus and was taken directly to the ship where the baggage handlers were waiting. After the cruise walked outside and there they were. If my 15 year old can do it! Our luggage was loaded on transport bus to and from the boat for us. Pickup to ship and from car was convenient. Will definitely utilize this parking method for all future cruises. "Arrival and actual transport were well done. The only component for improvement would be that CLEAR signage is desperately needed when a person leaves the baggage pick up. As we left the terminal, we were told "shuttles to the left, taxis to the right". There was a "Cruise and Park" Sign but it was at the end and we were not aware of its location until i called the number on the email confirmation. I suggest a) signs at the departure door and b) additional signs with the "Rightway Parking" on it - it was not clear either that "Rightway Parking" falls under "Cruise and Park". thank you "
