It would help if the driver held up a sign and alo communicated to the dispatch what bay they were parked in. The returned was quick and the driver was really nice."

"Yes, we were picked up on time by FT parking. We were also told to make sure we hang onto our stickers so they could identify us at time of pick up. Fortunately, there were several other people using the same service and we were picked up on time the only take away from this is cruise port 21 is always a madhouse and it is confusing, knowing where you are supposed to stand for pick up in the van that picked us up didn’t have any clear marking to help us identify."

"My experience was great. The only thing I will say was the mini van ride on the wat to port everglades, was a bit cramped. The seats and isle were a bit small but comfortable. Both drivers were very helpful and courteous. Bobby my driver back to my car was very friendly and personable. He carried my bags all the way to my car when I got back to it. I will use rightway parking again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant experience. ☺️"
