"Registration was simple, easy, and quick. I was directions to the parkin lot was confusing. I think a simple sandwich board or some type of sign would help. The driver was very nice but the air conditioning did not work very well. When we returned the pick up was confusing. It would help if the driver held up a sign and alo communicated to the dispatch what bay they were parked in. The returned was quick and the driver was really nice."

"Parking was an absolute breeze! Minutes after arriving and calling the attendant a Mercedes van arrived and whisked my wife and I off to the cruise port. 10 minutes later, we were in line for the ship. Excellent driver and vehicle. Highly recommend."

Thankfully the driver just happened to pull in so we headed to the Port. Need something at the parking lot for better communication. "

"Yes, we were picked up on time by FT parking. We were also told to make sure we hang onto our stickers so they could identify us at time of pick up. Fortunately, there were several other people using the same service and we were picked up on time the only take away from this is cruise port 21 is always a madhouse and it is confusing, knowing where you are supposed to stand for pick up in the van that picked us up didn’t have any clear marking to help us identify."

We were confused with all the above when we only needed to park in the lot next to the hotel and wait. The service was fine after we finally found where to actually go."
