"The only issue we had was checking in. I went to the front desk to do so and was told I needed fill out a tag to hang on my mirror. Then another employee came up and said that since I had a QR code that they had made a change recently about needing the tag to hang on the mirror. When we returned to leave there was a note on the windshield saying we did NOT check in. I was thankful the car was still there. I will need to clarify what the procedure is the next time I reserve parking."

The people at the Marriott were great. I ended up spending several hours in the lobby due to a medical emergency that caused my ride to be late. Upon returning I called the courtesy van and was picked up 20 minutes later. I plan on using this process whenever I fly from Columbus. John"

"This was an excellent option! Fast, friendly, personalized, and less expensive than on airport parking. I only took off one star because I was very stressed figuring out by lack of signage confirming if I was at the right place and directing me where to go. I was regretting the choice until I got inside the Marriott and reassured...and delivered quickly. As long as the process remains the same next time, it will likely bump it 5 stars. I'd still recommend some signage...including the address, so those arriving know they are at the right place."

They only issue I had was when I returned was that I had to take a cab back because Marriot only had one driver for one shuttle and the driver had to leave early so I had take a cab to pick up my car. But getting reimbursed from Marriot was super easy. I gave the lady at the Marriot front desk my receipt and she gave me cash. "
