Complementary shuttle service is included with every reservation during the shuttle's hours of operation.
The facility is staffed and monitored 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed.

The shuttle runs from 4:00 AM to Midnight, 365 days a year.
The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport.
Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via email/text confirmation.

"lot is 15-20 min ride to your gate. The lot does get busy but the shuttle from the hotel to airport is very good and nice lobby to wait in. only downside is instructions are not real clear to get in and out of the lot using rightway and had to go to the hotel lobby to get out of the gate."

Also leaving my car at the hotel site at ground level concerned me after the Mid-Atlantic area suffered a deluge of rain storms. I called the site while I was away asking if there was flooding, was told there wasn't and looking at my car when i returned all looked good.
