"We were told that the parking was not locked as there was a problem with the mechanism. This was a concern. The pick up at the airport upon arrival was difficult. The paperwork had a number which was incorrect, and it didn't explain that we needed to go to the first floor not the baggage claim floor. It was confusing and took some phone calls to get accurate information. "

"Friendly staff, easy parking in lot and shuttle efficient, punctual on time every 30 minutes to airport. Valet service offered if needed and staff helpful to those needing extra help accessing van. You need to call hotel for pick up but have never waited more than 30 minutes for return to hotel parking lot."
