"This was my first time using this service and I was apprehensive at first. However, it was easy to book the parking, easy to drop off the car and get the shuttle to the airport. To help people feel at ease, it may be helpful to let them know on the confirmantion that once they arrive at the hotel, they can pick any open spot to park their car. Once parked, go to the service desk to check in and the receptionist will give you a parking pass to place in your car and call the shuttle to come pick you up. Everyone was very pleasant. On the return, there was a little delay in getting a response from the hotel receptionist for the shuttle but once connected the shuttle came in a timely manner and all was well with our car when we returned. I would use this service again."
