"We have been using your Tampa lot by IKEA for several years and have gotten excellent service so we decided to park at your lot in Port Canaveral. Arrived at the address given on confirmation to find out the lot did not exist. After a phone call we were given directions to a different facility. Long story short we had excellent service at PNC."

"Service was great no sooner than we parked the car the shuttle was there was there waiting. The driver put suit cases in van and off we go. Up on arriving at port called number on first ring someone answered and told us where to wait and 5 mins. Later the shuttle arrived. 5 mins later back in car . Only concern was they charged you for parking by calendar day not 24 hrs clock like most parking lots do. For a 6 day cruise they charged you for the 7 day [your arrival back in port day] even though we arrived at 11 am and left by 1030 "

"I was a little skeptical when I first started to reserve with them, but after reading the reviews here, I was comfortable enough to book online. I pulled up to the lot and there was a hand written note taped to the front door with instructions to call the number on it (hand written in bubble letters). I called and the driver said he would be there in about 10 minutes. Sure enough, he was there in about 10 minutes. He loaded all of our luggage, parked my car, and finished the paper work. When he dropped us off at the port, he gave me a card with instructions on how to get a return pickup and pointed out where to meet the driver at. Once we cleared customs, I called and gave him my reservation number. 10 minutes or so, there was a driver to pick me up and take us back to our car. I'll use it every time I go to the cruise port! Drivers were nice and polite. "

"Very efficient and fast! We had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to take us to the cruise port and they had to drop off other passengers at another cruise ship, but we were not delayed in any way. But the pick-up after the cruise was very quick, our car was ready to go and we were on our way! The only negative comment I would have is that the driveway to the entrance of the lot is very difficult to see. The first time we went past, there was a vehicle in the driveway and we had to go past and make a couple of U-turns to pull into the right driveway. "

"Arrived a bit early but there was no problem in getting us checked in.  A shuttle driver was available to assist us with our luggage and after a brief wait and some excellent banter with the driver we were delivered right to our ship.  Ten days later we disembarked and called the location who dispatched a driver whom they said was picking up passengers from another ship.  The driver arrived in about 15 minutes and delivered us directly to the lot where our car was kept.  Here we did have to wait a few minutes since the valet miscopied the claim number and had to move some vehicles to get our car which normally would have been up front and waiting.  "
