The ease, safety, competitive price, and close proximity has kept me coming back over the years. I particularly like the frequency and great convenience of the shuttle service. As a senior who travels alone, help with my bags and drop offs and pick ups right at my terminal are a huge plus. I recommend this service to anyone I know who travels to Logan. "

"Check in of vehical was quick and easy .Short wait for shuttle to the airport. Comfortable ride and driver took us to our airline entrance. Called on return trip after picking up checked bags and wait time for shuttle was quick. Upon returning to Danvers MA. Hampton Inn car retrieval was easy.. We continue to use this park and fly because cost is cheaper than airport parking at Logan and shuttle is quick. Thanks Hampton Inn Parking !!!"

"Good parking place for family. Dropping family in airport and short drive to park. Front desk was very helpful in parking and what we need to expect when we are back during pick up. Also, they provide shuttle service to drop us back to airport and also while returning at 12 am when called, they sent shuttle to pick all of us up to where we parked. Nice experience "

"Great service. Improve your telephone operations for when passengers call to request curbside pick up. It was hard to hear/ understand the desk operator because she was on speaker phone, English is not that good- etc. "
