"Easy finding the hotel. Dropping off was a breeze. However coming back in at 12 midnight and Sheraton not answering is a big problem. I thought i had missed the shuttle for the 12 o'clock hour and order a Lyft just as the Lyft pulls up so did the shuttle. Cost me $5 to cancel the dang shuttle someone needs to reimbursement me. 30 mins of trying to call Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel just to confirm if I miss or they are in route is ridiculous. And others on the shuttle experience the same. "

"This was our second time parking at the Sheraton and booking through Rightway. We were very happy with the parking as well as with Rightway. It was easy to get to the Sheraton, and once there, it was easy to find parking under a tree. Only one downside with parking in the shade was that there was some tree sap and bird droppings on the car when we got back. Once at the hotel, just present a printed copy of the receipt to the hotel reception. The shuttle is marked Doubletree and Sheraton, and runs every 30 minutes, at the top of the hour and 30 minutes past the hour, during operating hours. It may make a stop at the Doubletree on the way, it did not in our case (this time). The airport is literally 5 minutes away, so it takes maybe 5 minutes more than if you park in the long term parking lot. When we got back, i had to call the hotel to let them know that we needed the ride back. The shuttle came at the designated time (it took about 20 minutes in our case) and it was again a smooth ride back to the parking lot. In summary, it was a great experience, both with Sheraton as well as with Rightway. Please do keep in mind that if you need to cancel for any reason, you do need to cancel well in advance, and Rightway may deduct one day's fee in case of cancellation. Please refer to their terms and conditions before booking."
