"I looked at various parking options but ultimately I went with Sheraton parking. Back in October of 2025, I used Laurel Street parking but I was not happy at all. My husband is handicapped with handicap plates and people parked on the striped handicap area which didn’t allow room to get in the vehicle, elevator was not operational, and upon our return 45 minutes after I called for pickup they hadn’t shown up. With Sheraton 5 minutes after we arrived at pickup area, the shuttle showed up and all ran smoothly "

The shuttle to & from the airport from the hotel arrived in less than 15 mins although they say 30-40mins. Overall good experience I would use this service again. "

"Right way parking does not provide accurate instructions for how to use your reservation. After unsuccessfully trying to scan my QR code repeatedly, I parked in the hotel loading zone and spoke with the Sheraton staff about my reservation. They explained that I needed to take a ticket from the machine at the parking gate to enter the lot. I asked them to confirm I would not be charged. As I already paid. They confirmed. When I returned to the lot to retrieve my car, I first went to reception to ask how to proceed. They handed me a QR code and said to first scan the ticket I got when I entered the lot, followed by the QR code they handed me. This allowed me to exit the lot. I never used the QR code provided by Rightway. "

"We fly out of San Diego often and just discovered this lot. It worked great. 1 problem when you pull into the hotel there is no signage leading you to the parking area. I had to get info from the hotel Valet on which area that was designated to park. Once we got home and went to the gate to leave the gate would not open unless I paid $220. I had pre paid and had a receipt. I had to back out then go to the hotel and get them to validate our ticket. It was a hassle running back and forth, but now that we know the process I am sure we will park here again. "
