"Hello! We missed the first shuttle from SNA because of our own inattention. Once we got back to Sonesta the car was safe but as we chose to park under a tree a bumper crop of bird droppings was found on the car. Next time I park there I will be more careful on selecting a parking stall."

"Check in was easy. Front desk was very helpful, and our shuttle driver was friendly and got us to the airport safely. He even made sure we had our seatbelts on. When I was leaving, had an little trouble getting out, but I pushed the help button, and the gate opened. I did get a little lost finding the hotel, but that could be because of my directions. All in all a good experience."

"All in all it was a good experience. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because it took forever to get a ride out to the airport and upon arrival I kept getting put on hold several times when I called for a pick up. I was on a tight time schedule. There is no covered parking which I would have liked and was told was available. I would leave my car here again- it was safe the price was right. Thanks."

"The staff and facilities at Sonesta were great. My only issue was finding the location, Google maps led me to the wrong parking structure in the same area a couple of times. A nice lady at another hotel showed me where to go. I suggest adding directions in the email confirmation. "
