I was new to this company and was worried I might get confused about where to go and what to do, but I was immediately greeted at the entrance with all questions and concerns answered. I was pleased to see that the lot was a covered indoor protected facility and that was my biggest concern going into this. When my plane landed, I called the number and was told exactly where to go to get picked up, and the drive was super short because they are very close to the airport. Upon exiting the lot, I handed them my reservation receipt which also tells me that they have a system in place for all cars coming in and going out at all times which also added peace of mind.
