"Upon returning from a much needed vacation on July 6th, 2026, I found myself stalled at the Mall Parking because my car battery died. The crew was very helpful and patient with me. Jackson let his car run for a lengthy period of time trying to get my car started. He also drove me to the gas station so that I could charge my phone which also died while I waited for hours on a tow. Apologies for not getting his co-workers name but again they were very helpful in my unfortunate situation. At the Mall Parking: prices are reasonable, the vehicle was safe, and the employees were helpful and friendly. "

"The Parking Mall was easy to locate. It was literally across the street from the Jacksonville Port. We were shuttled to the port within minutes of getting out of our car and shuttled from the port within a few minutes of disembarking the ship. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely use Rightway Parking again. "

"We came down from Alabama and decided to give them a try. The location is in a great spot, so travel was easy. The staff and drivers were also friendly and helpful. It was raining and they made sure to get us loaded and to our destination. Only thing the parking area is not paved, so with all the rain it was a little messy."
