"Crowded parking structure, finding parking is most of the time hard to do. It’s like you over book the structure. Also when you book the parking make sure your return time is 11:59pm. Even if you return from your trip earlier in the day. Because if you put a return time for a hour or two after you land. If you’re one second late you get charged for another day. Please correct this glitch in your system. 24 hrs is what you guys should use to drop off and pick up our vehicle. Now a days airplane have not met schedule landing times. My last two flight have been delayed multiple times. So I’m late for my return time I state on the reservation. Got to pay for another day when I leave. I’m completely upset about it."
