"Parking was easy and worth it. Just follow the instructions and everything runs smoothly. We were hesitant, but after using the service we found the most of the bad reviews are due to people not following the instructions given. We parked for our cruise and everything was fine and well worth it. I would recommend this parking as the cruise port pricing has gotten out of hand. "

"This was a convenient parking for people going on a cruise. The price was a little steep and the attendants was unfair on the order of guests. She allowed others to travel to the port who was there for about 10 minutes while others like my family had to wait over an hour. The driver was very respectful and got us there in a timely manner."

"Getting into the parking lot was not clearly marked on where to go. Although the reservation stated where to park,again not clear for a first timer in this lot. We had to go around a different way once on the level to park in the designated area. Not easy to find pick up area either at Miami port but asked a few port workers. then the wait time was just too long to stand around for. However, your pricing is good."

"Good package, I recommend Rightway Parking in Miami. The cost was reasonable, the location was safe, pickup and drop off were timely and well organized. I would use Rightway again. Only minor complaint has to do with navigating the parking garage. The Omni doesn't belong to Rightway so this is no negative on them. However, providing a tad clearer direction in advance would really take this operation from a 4.5 to a 5 for me. I highly recommend Rightway parking if you're cruising from the Port of Miami.
