Miami Cruise Ship Parking

"We liked the option of off-site cruise parking and the location was easy to find. It was a gated lot, but was open during the day. We did take note of many vagrants and probable drug use around this particular area. We had to get our uber to and from the terminal, so that was an extra expense. Our car was safe when we returned and we saved some money parking off-site in this lot. I may shop around for another location next time. I suggest adding transportation in the fee. That would be so convenient."

"Everything was fine except the address of where to park which made it very confusing. The address at the physical location is different than what is on your printout. Also, there are no signs stating that you are at Miami Cruise Ship Parking. Only signs that you need to enter your license plate and pay like it's a city parking lot. Very confusing. I also had to call a couple numbers to see if I was in the right spot. Other than that everything was fine."

"I would park here again. The address didn't match what was on the website and it seemed a little strange that there was no one there to "check you in". But after calling Rightway customer service they assured me I was in the right place and that, as long as my license plate matched what was on the reservation, I was good to go. It's surrounded by a white wall and there is a security gate that, I'm assuming closes at night. After a week, my car was still there, nobody messed with it and it even still had gas in it!"

"Easy to get to location, about 10-15 minutes to the port. Depending on traffic at the Port of Miami. Could use some signage in the parking lot, letting customers know they are in the right location. Otherwise, I would park there again. "

"The price for parking was great. Our GPS took us to the exact location BUT there was nothing to show that we were in the correct place. The number of the facility said 201. we wanted 155 . after walking the streets and talking to some others who were also looking we went into 201. Luckily we found a gentleman who assured us we were in the correct place. We sat in the car for a little while and a police car entered the lot as well as some of the others we had spoken to. The police assured us we were in the correct place. When we returned the cab driver was not 100% sure about the correct place. You need to change the number on SW 3rd ST. It would make thing a lot less stressful for us. We will certainly use the lot again now we know."
