"The drop off was pretty much seamless. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and very service oriented. A gentleman by the name of Rowland showed great hospitality. The pick up, however, took a long time for a shuttle to come. I actually got on the wrong shuttle. It was Delta hotels by West Palm Beach Marriott. Obviously I was confused and was grateful for the driver to drop me off at the correct hotel. Hopefully there’s a more seamless pick up in the future."

"Initial parking instructions should be clearer. We parked in the area in the back of the hotel only to reload my vehicle and drive around to the valet and he instructed us to park in the designated area near the front of the hotel. Other than that, everything went smoothly and we were satisfied that our vehicle would still be there when we got back from our trip."
