In addition, the lot personnels were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I will definitely use this service again for my next trip. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I think the shuttle drivers should have microphones or a better PA system. The driver on my recent trip had a very soft voice, making it difficult to hear the instructions and announcements, especially for passengers seated toward the back of the shuttle. Improving this would make the experience even better."
