"Parking worked out good. The garage was brand new. Close enough to the port for walking down the boardwalk to the ship. Pulled a ticket on the way in and followed the instructions to get out. It worked without issue. (Took a bit for the operator to answer on the way out). Gave her the reservation number and she opened the gate. "

"This parking lot is excellent and very convenient. There are plenty of parking spots, and each space is wide and easy to access, even for larger vehicles. The area feels very safe and quiet, which makes parking here stress-free at any time of day. The lighting is bright and sufficient at night, improving visibility and security. I also appreciate that there is good signal coverage and EV charging stations available, making it even more practical for modern drivers. Highly recommended!"

"The parking experience went exceptionally well although the garage itself was mildly confusing. It left us with a very short walk to our cruise ship. When exiting the building two weeks later I mistakenly put the receipt card into the machine instead of scanning it. I was then asked for a huge amount of money to get the gate raised in order to exit. I hit the assistance button which connected me with a support person - not sure if it was Ace Parking or Rightway. I explained my dilemma and fortunately had my Rightway contract number. The gate was raised and it was all over. I was delighted. Overall the experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to do it again."

"The parking structure was very easy to find and is about a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminals. It is covered and felt very safe. The only hiccup was the entrance requires a code to scan in and I didn’t get one at confirmation. You have to call in and give your information but it was easy to do and the attendant was friendly. It just takes a few more minutes. Overall, it was convenient and would park here again. "
