"The parking experience went exceptionally well although the garage itself was mildly confusing. It left us with a very short walk to our cruise ship. When exiting the building two weeks later I mistakenly put the receipt card into the machine instead of scanning it. I was then asked for a huge amount of money to get the gate raised in order to exit. I hit the assistance button which connected me with a support person - not sure if it was Ace Parking or Rightway. I explained my dilemma and fortunately had my Rightway contract number. The gate was raised and it was all over. I was delighted. Overall the experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to do it again."

"The parking structure was very easy to find and is about a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminals. It is covered and felt very safe. The only hiccup was the entrance requires a code to scan in and I didn’t get one at confirmation. You have to call in and give your information but it was easy to do and the attendant was friendly. It just takes a few more minutes. Overall, it was convenient and would park here again. "

"It would have been a five star review except for my problem getting out. After a 12 day cruise it was great to walk a short distance to your new facility to get my car. I pressed the call button at exit gate control box and nothing happened. After 10 minutes a man came by and showed me you have to press and hold the button in for a while before it engages. This was not intuitive and there were no directions. The man told me he had sat for quite a while before he figured it out, that’s why he stopped to help. Put a “press and hold” sticker by button."

"The parking lot was well lit, clean, and very close to the venue on the Embarcadero. One tip that I missed was how to use the exit reservation. The instructions, in your reservation receipt, direct you to use the red "Help" button. I ended up paying an extra $30 in order to get out. Having said that, I will use the parking venue again. "

We also thought it would be very convenient if for our prepaid reservation, we had been sent a code that we could enter when leaving... We had to ring the help phone in order to have them lift the arm to exit... Which was timely and holding up traffic behind us."
