"1st time using this lot. All went well. Drop off and pick up for terminal 3 was different as you had to take the sky tram but it was good."

"Easy parking and friendly drivers. The only thing I would ask for is a gate at the back of the lot so we can walk to the monorail. It is so close that I can see it easily within walking distance from the back…but unfortunately when you go out the front, it is a longer route and you are stuck waiting for the van. "

I returned a week earlier than expected and contacted the parking company directly for a credit or refund of the unused 6 days. They advised immediately that I had to deal with rightwayparking. So I emailed your business with the same request and have had no reply so the next time I park there I will deal directly with the parking company. I am disappointed that I didn’t receive a response from rightwayparking even if it was to refuse my request "
