"The wind has blown down the shade structure to wait for the van. You are forced to stand in the sun until the van comes to pick you up. Also parking on the rocks is not the best for moving luggage around. "

"At first look, the lot looked a little sketchy, it was unattended and there were no clear instructions posted. We read out ticket, found a parking spot and called the number. The very courteous shuttle driver showed up and we hopped on. This shuttle does not take you to the airport, it goes to the sky train. During our trip, the driver explained the process to us and how return transportation worked. Simple! Got back, took the sky train, called the driver and were taken to our car. The lot is secured by cameras and there were no issues. I will usethese guys again. Thank you"
