"Everything was great with the parking at the Hilton garden inn north except on our way back to parking, we couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for a shuttle pick up. It was about midnight & we tried for over 20 minutes to get a shuttle pick up from front desk. No one ended up answering & we had to uber to hotel, costing another $15. The outbound was great "

"Hotel was easy to get to, and the check-in did not take very long to get my parking pass. You can tell the clerk had done this before many times. We lucked out the shuttle is on a half hour loop basically and we caught it within 10 minutes for a ride to the airport. We dropped dried off at Southwest. On our return trip, called the hotel and was sent the scheduling app for the shuttle. We must’ve just missed it because it was gonna be a half hour until the next one, so we decided to catch a taxi so we could get on the road for our 4 Hour drive home. I would recommend if you have time to wait for the shuttle. The taxi ride is $18 minimum. The shuttle ride and the taxi ride both were about five minutes long. I would definitely do this again. J"

"The driver to airport was very friendly and gave me the instructions for pick up at the airport up on return. I did as instructed and the first time I called, the operator stated the shuttle driver would around within 5-10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes before I called the operator again. I called again and the operator stated it would be 10 minutes before the shuttle driver would arrive. I waited 40 minutes and the shuttle driver never showed up. I had to pay for an Uber to get myself and 2 years old to the car at 9:30pm. I’m not sure I would stay at this location again. "
