"My problem with rightway when we returned from our trip we were instructed to collect our luggage and call to be picked up. We'll we call and never got an answer so we stood waiting and another driver from another company told us where to stand and wait for our shuttle. It was very frustrating to call for our pickup and could not get through to anyone."
