"Very convenient to airport and transportation to and from the airport was very good. The only thing I would comment on is clearer instructions when returning we waited at the arrival gate but the pickup was at the departure gate no real issue I just called and was referred to the departure gate. All in all a good service "

"The attendants were friendly and efficient and the drop off and pick up were equally efficient. The only complaint I had was the difficulty finding it to begin with. There is nothing marked Spring Street as directed on the GPS and it looks more like a driveway than a street. There is no signage that says Apex. Now that I know where it is I will not hesitate to use it again"
