"Parking is good, but the enter to the parking was confusing, we asked the front desk they didn't have any information about how to get in. We asked the values parking assistant , the first one doesn't have any information, we call Right way they either don't have any information then another person from the values parking came asked me if we need help we explain to him the situation and show him our booking details, then he took a picture of it and for the car and allowed hs to enter the parking, on our way out we spoke to another guy and told him they story the he allowed us to get ou. Over all everything is okay. Hopefully for next time please send clear information about how to get in and out to ease the process "
