"The process was easy to book, close to the cruise terminal a 5-10 min UBER.
The QR code in the email receipt confused me a bit. I thought I needed it when I went into the garage, but it turns out you don’t need it until you exit.
When you get to the garage, you simply hit the button and take a ticket like you would normally do. After coming back from the cruise, but QR code would not work on the way out. I simply pressed the call button a very friendly woman helped, but I needed some of the information that came on the email I received after I paid online. As soon as she had the info, she opened the gate remotely and was a pleasure to talk to.

"Very convenient garage to port and preferred using Uber over shuttles. The entrance to the garage was a bit confusing. There were several cars backed up. Had to call attendant. Also our QR code didn’t work when exiting and took a while to get attendant and had to provide a lot of information. Luckily I had the original email confirmation. "
