The lot was easy to find, well-lit, and felt secure leaving my vehicle for several days. The shuttle service was prompt both to and from the airport, and the drivers were friendly and professional. Check-in and pick-up were smooth with no confusion, which made the whole process stress-free. Pricing was reasonable compared to other options nearby. "Buying the service via internet was very easy. Check-in at hotel was not good. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for clerk to come to front desk to check us in. Then had to fill in paper work, name, address car make model, lic. number, etc. and dates that we will be gone. They should have that info from our original application. Pick-up at airport on return was excellent, less than 5 minutes. Over all service was good! "

"Easy access, parking is not covered, but in their main lot. It was easy to book and the price most reasonable. Located very close to the airport. Desk staff and shuttle drivers were pleasant. Waited no more than 10-15 minutes for shuttle either way. We will use them again."

"My flight was cancelled, rebooked and that plane was late, changed planes to in CLE to get to MKE which also left late. It pulled in at 12:45 am. Thank you DRIVER for waiting for us. I know you get off at 1:00 pm but you absolutely made this difficult trip end on a happy note. I was so glad to get home."
